Booking requests
Submitting the online form requests a preferred drop-off slot. It is not a confirmed appointment, final quote or agreement for work. We review the vehicle and service details and contact you before confirming.
Quotes and additional work
Pricing is confirmed after the relevant vehicle details have been checked. We will explain and seek approval for additional chargeable work before it is carried out, unless urgent action is reasonably necessary to prevent immediate danger or damage.
Drop-off, payment and collection
Drop-off appointments are available Monday–Thursday in hourly intervals from 9:00am to 4:00pm. Vehicles are normally left with us for the day. We contact the customer when the vehicle is ready to collect. Payment is due on collection.
Changing or cancelling
Please email serotek.automotive@gmail.com as early as possible if you need to change or cancel. A booking should not be treated as changed until SEROTEK has acknowledged the request. Any cancellation charges, deposits or special-order part commitments will be explained and agreed before they apply.
Late arrival and non-attendance
A late arrival may affect what can be completed that day. If a customer does not attend and has not contacted us, the booking may be marked as missed and the slot released.
Vehicle information
Customers should provide accurate vehicle and contact details and tell us about relevant warning lights, symptoms, security devices or known faults. Personal belongings should be removed before drop-off.
Consumer rights
